Regent University is hiring an Assistant Director of Counseling Services to provide daily operational and clinical oversight of the Office of Counseling Services. The role builds and runs a clinical training and supervision program for counselors at every stage of development. Campus outreach on student mental health and wellness, plus a share of the clinical caseload, round out the position.

Supervise all Counseling Services employees and clinical staff
Develop training materials and programs for staff and volunteers
Build psychoeducational outreach programs focused on prevention and early intervention
Serve on university committees addressing student mental health and wellness
Carry a small clinical caseload as needed
Set and manage the clinical on-call schedule
Master's degree in counseling with LPC or LCP licensure in Virginia required
Board approval to supervise practicum students, interns, and post-graduate residents
Two or more years of post-graduate college counseling experience with supervisory background preferred
$70,000-$75,000 annual salary
