Office of the SVC and Provost - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (26006042) Pitt EDGE is the University of Pittsburgh’s central hub for digital education, housed within the Office of the Provost. This inaugural Center advances the University’s strategic vision for online, hybrid, and continuing education by partnering with Pitt’s 16 schools to expand access and improve quality for diverse learners. Pitt EDGE supports the full lifecycle of digital learning through services such as enrollment management, instructional design, technology integration, market analysis, academic planning, recruitment, and quality assurance. In this role, you will hold a crucial leadership position supervising Enrollment Specialists, overseeing daily enrollment activity across an assigned school portfolio, facilitating training for new and existing staff, and ensuring prospects move through the funnel with consistency and accountability at the University of Pittsburgh Center for Excellence in Digital Education/Pitt Online.

Job Summary
Facilitates the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of all students seeking entrance to a school or college of the University. Serves on management team to initiate new programs and procedures; represents the school/college internally and externally

Essential Functions
•    Directly supervise Enrollment Specialists, monitoring individual and team pipeline activity in CRM
•    Support onboarding and ongoing training of Enrollment Specialists
•    Oversee daily enrollment activity across assigned school portfolio; escalate stalled prospects or process breakdowns to Director
•    Run weekly pipeline aging reports to identify prospects stalled at each funnel stage beyond defined thresholds; assign re-engagement actions to Enrollment Specialists and monitor follow-through
•    Review lead source attribution data in CRM; escalate findings to marketing team
•    Coordinate with program contacts to maintain accurate intake requirements, deadlines, and program intel for specialist use
•    Maintain working relationships with program directors and graduate coordinators
•    Surface program-level feedback from specialists to Director for strategic adjustment
•    Facilitate enrollment training for school and EDGE new hires and refreshers; co-facilitate with external training partners as applicable
•    Maintain and update Enrollment Specialist playbooks, FAQ docs, and program-specific intake guides
