Highlights

  • Collaborate with CASA, Admissions, OUS, Career Center, and faculty advisors to support student success.
  • Mentor pre-health student organizations including the Minority Association of Pre-health Students (MAPS).
  • Required skills include knowledge of academic advising, student development theory, especially for populations underrepresented in STEM and healthcare.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office, Banner, Slate, Blackboard, or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Minimum qualifications: Master's degree plus at least 3 years of undergraduate advising, programming, admissions, teaching, or counseling experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's in Counseling, Higher Education, or related health sciences field and 5+ years of higher education experience.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience; position is full-time, staff exempt classification.
