Highlights

  • Lead and coordinate Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Education, Recovery, Outreach, and Resiliency Programs.
  • Provide direct assessments and evaluations for AOD resources and treatments.
  • Supervise coordinators, specialists, graduate assistants, and student workers.
  • Manage budgets and maintain contracts for AOD and outreach platforms (e.g., BASICS, eCheckup, Vector).
  • Collaborate with Counseling Center, off-campus providers, and internal CARES team.
  • Assist in policy development, data collection, and report submissions (including DAAPP and Biennial Report).
  • Develop and deliver training to students, faculty, staff, and families on prevention and wellness topics.
  • Required: Master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology; at least four years professional experience including two years leadership/supervision; independent mental health licensure.
  • Preferred: Five years post-licensure experience with administrative supervision in similar settings; experience with BASICS, harm reduction, and college populations.
  • Work includes some evening and weekend obligations; must be able to handle crisis situations and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
