Primary point of contact for programmatic questions; manages student support and communications.
Schedules key events including residencies, research colloquia, and project presentations.
Handles student registration, progress tracking, and financial aid processes including Nurse Faculty Loan Program (NFLP).
Collects and analyzes data for program evaluation, compliance reporting, and enrollment optimization using Slate CRM.
Coordinates logistics for program events, dissertation proposals, defenses, and maintains program documents.
Supports recruitment and retention efforts through collaboration on marketing materials and virtual information sessions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience in higher education or comparable professional environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Qualtrics, Teams, and familiarity with Banner is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and teamwork skills are essential.
Salary range is $51,000 to $63,800, based on qualifications and departmental factors; position is full-time, exempt, and benefits-eligible within salary grade 13.
