Assistant Director, Study Away Admissions Operations Full Description

New York University is hiring an Assistant Director, Study Away Admissions Operations, to support leadership on study-away application processing, decision notifications, and enrollment requirements and communications as part of the Global Programs Outreach, Enrollment, and Student Support groups.
Position summary:
  • Provide study-away admissions and enrollment support, including reviewing and evaluating applications and rendering admission decisions
  • Review study-away applications to achieve University, geographic, and departmental enrollment goals
  • Refer confirmed candidates to appropriate NYU offices and take action to resolve student problems
  • Support and advocate for students, managing details independently and working within predetermined timelines
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required (master's preferred); 5+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience, ideally including project team leadership, student advising, or admission/enrollment work in higher education. Knowledge of student information systems (preferably PeopleSoft) and CRM software (preferably Slate Technolutions) is preferred.
Compensation: In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range is $85,000-$100,000.
