Title: Assistant, Enrollment Strategies & Analytics

Work Mode: This position requires some regular in-person presence on campus or at alternative locations, depending on business needs of the office.
Position Type: Hourly and Temporary,  Non-Exempt

Position Summary
The Instructional Support Center Assistant is responsible for the audit and enforcement of best practices and compliance standards related to section creation, modification and cancellation for courses and programs offered by departments in the School of Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD). This includes ensuring section information and setup complies with MHEC standards for hours and FTE collection whenever a section is proposed or modified by a department staff member. This position assists with the distribution and collection of Student Opinion Forms. The Assistant communicates with students, faculty, and staff.

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides course section maintenance services through the creation and maintenance of databases of current information on courses, enrollments, course locations, room scheduling, financial information and instructor information.

Posts grades and prints and sends CEUs.

Actively works to resolve inquiries/issues at point of contact using full range of college systems. Communicates tactfully Program Managers regarding enrollments, class status, room locations, and any problems that arise with regard to course offerings.

Composes/prepares a variety of documents, reports and correspondence using college standard software.

Generates and maintains files for course information, rosters, and certificates.

Assists the ESA Technician in completing the administrative and technical functions to prepare and distribute student opinion forms (course evaluations) for all noncredit courses.

Assists the Course Compliance Coordinator with projects related to course and program maintenance.

Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director, Instructional Support Center.
Required Qualifications:High School diploma or GED required.

Six to Twelve months of relevant experiences required

Minimum of one year of administrative support experience in business or educational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Associates degree preferred.
