About the Role

As an Assistant Teacher, you will:

  • Support the care and development of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

  • Foster a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

  • Support inquiry-based, child-led learning experiences.

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Ensure children's health, safety, and well-being by following all licensing and school policies.

  • Collaborate with Lead Teachers and the broader campus team to create an exceptional experience for every child.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is passionate about working with young children (ages 0–5).

  • Has 1–2 years of professional experience in an early childhood setting.

  • Is a flexible, dependable, and collaborative team player.

  • Values building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Holds (or is working toward) an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • Is CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.

  • Is eligible to work in the United States.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Our Assistant Teachers are compensated at $18 per hour with opportunities for increases based on performance through out the year. Full time employees also receive benefits including tuition reimbursement, health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement savings, accrued PTO and commuter benefits.
