  • Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 15+ years IT/business experience, 7-10 years leadership experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Foster agile, high-performing teams emphasizing technical excellence and customer service.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience; master’s degree preferred but not required.
