Associate Account Manager Overview:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Associate Account Manager will support customer expansion efforts across an assigned portfolio of current Incident IQ customers. This role is designed for an early-career sales or customer relationship professional who is ready to develop the skills required to manage customer relationships, uncover growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue goals.
The Associate Account Manager will work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other internal partners to better understand customer needs, identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and communicate the value of Incident IQâs products and services. Through ongoing training, coaching, and hands-on experience, this individual will build strong knowledge of Incident IQâs platform, K-12 district operations, and effective account-management practices.
Day-to-day activities will include preparing for customer meetings, conducting account research, supporting customer communications, tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate account information, and managing expansion opportunities within an assigned customer segment. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, relationship-oriented, and motivated to grow into a full Account Manager role.
