The Associate Athletic Director / Revenue reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director / Revenue. This position leads a core group within the department’s revenue team with an emphasis on maximizing growth across ticket sales, digital platforms, and new revenue streams. Position is both a strategic thinker and an agile executor— who thrives on solving the complex, building structure where needed, and delivering measurable impact. Role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and sales strategy, a team-first leadership style, and a proven ability to collaborate across business units to generate results. A core component of this role is leading football revenue efforts while building frameworks for all other ticket sales and ancillary revenue campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field with relevant experience, or a master's degree.
Significant progressive experience in athletic revenue generation, digital marketing, ticket sales, or sponsorship.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using data and analytics to drive revenue strategy.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to get things done in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within intercollegiate athletics.
Working knowledge of digital tools (marketing automation, e-commerce, advertising, etc.) and other revenue-generating platforms.
Background in launching new revenue streams and/or building digital sales ecosystems.
