  • Cover legal matters for the University at Buffalo Foundation and other affiliated or auxiliary organizations.
  • Exercise significant independent judgment while coordinating with OGC attorneys at System Administration and other campuses.
  • Take part in OGC's Contracts Practice Group meetings, trainings, and initiatives.
  • Support matters outside the primary portfolio as needed, across areas such as health care, research, labor and employment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Report within the Senior Vice Chancellor for Legal Affairs and General Counsel's office, which serves SUNY's Board of Trustees, Chancellor, and campus presidents.
