How You’ll Contribute to Our Mission

As an Associate Client Impact Partner, you will drive value and measurable outcomes across Frontline Education’s digital client base (6,000+ districts).

This role is designed for scale. Rather than managing a traditional book of accounts, you will leverage AI technology, automation, advanced engagement tools, and data intelligence to ensure our long-tail clients experience meaningful impact, product adoption, and renewal confidence.
You will partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Renewals, Sales, Product, and Marketing to design and execute scalable engagement strategies that proactively support thousands of districts simultaneously — while identifying risk and growth signals through technology.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, digital engagement, and customer value delivery.

How You’ll Drive Success
    • Own digital engagement strategy for 6,000+ long-tail accounts using Gainsight, AI-powered tools, and automation platforms.
    • Design and execute scalable campaigns (email, in-app messaging, webinars, AI-driven outreach) to drive onboarding, feature adoption, and product value realization.
    • Monitor engagement health trends at scale and identify risk signals using AI insights and behavioral data.
    • Develop playbooks that proactively address common client challenges before they escalate.
    • Leverage AI technology to summarize trends, personalize outreach, and optimize engagement workflows.
    • Partner with Renewals to support non-responsive or low-engagement accounts through structured digital motions (e.g., Renewal Blitz campaigns).
    • Identify cross-sell and upsell signals through usage analytics and engagement patterns.
    • Track and report on impact metrics including adoption, engagement depth, renewal trends, and campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to surface common themes and inform roadmap prioritization.
    • Contribute to the continuous optimization of digital CS strategy through experimentation and iteration.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow
  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Digital CS, Lifecycle Marketing, Account Management, or K–12 EdTech (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience with or interest in AI-enabled tools and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Gainsight, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, or digital engagement platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across thousands of accounts through structured processes.
  • Strong written communication skills, particularly in scalable client messaging.
  • Curiosity, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in data-driven environments.

What You’ll Need to Thrive
  • Systems thinking — ability to design for scale rather than one-to-one engagement.
  • Comfort leveraging AI as a productivity and intelligence partner.
  • A proactive, experimentation-driven mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills across CS, Renewals, Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Passion for delivering meaningful outcomes for K–12 districts at scale.

Key Outcomes for Success
Within the first 6–12 months, this role will:
  • Establish measurable engagement benchmarks across the digital client base
  • Increase adoption and feature utilization within long-tail accounts
  • Improve renewal readiness through proactive digital touchpoints
  • Reduce unmanaged risk through AI-driven insights and alerts
  • Build repeatable digital motions that support sustainable scale
