Highlights

Supervise day-to-day financial operations of nonprofit foundations.
Prepare and oversee internal and audited financial statements and reports.
Manage general ledger accuracy, timely reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Coordinate budget processes and assist in developing accounting procedures.
Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Assist with audit coordination and act as liaison with external auditors.
Provide backup support to the CFO - Foundations.
Requires master’s degree in accounting, business, or related field; or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
Knowledge of financial reporting software, Microsoft Excel, commercial real estate property accounting, and supervisory experience required.
Preferred qualifications include CPA certification, not-for-profit accounting experience, and familiarity with MIP Fund Accounting and Yardi Voyager software.
