Highlights

Manage online exams and curriculum evaluation surveys; serve as NBME Executive Chief Proctor.
Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the OAQI team, fostering institutional excellence.
Represent the Jacobs School of Medicine nationally regarding assessment, evaluation, and accreditation.
Oversee accreditation activities including self-studies, interim reports, and site visits.
Engage in educational research and provide consultation.
Minimum qualifications include a terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., M.D., D.O. or equivalent), 5+ years of experience in assessment and accreditation, knowledge of measurement theory and program evaluation, and effective communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D. or Ed.D. with a focus on educational or psychological measurement and 10+ years of leadership experience in a medical or health sciences education environment.
