Highlights

Lead development of integrated assessments across the MD curriculum.

Design and evaluate a wide range of assessment tools with curricular leaders.

Develop faculty assessment skills collaborately with the Medical Education and Educational Research Institute.

Administer online examinations and curriculum evaluation surveys; serve as NBME Executive Chief Proctor.

Offer strategic leadership and mentorship to the Office of Accreditation and Quality Improvement team.

Represent the Jacobs School nationally in assessment, evaluation, and accreditation matters.

Oversee all accreditation activities including self-studies, reports, and site visits.

Collaborate on educational research and provide consultation.

Requires Ph.D., Ed.D., M.D., D.O., or equivalent terminal degree with at least 5 years experience in higher education assessment, evaluation, and accreditation; strong communication and leadership skills preferred.

Preferred qualifications include a Ph.D. or Ed.D. focused on educational or psychological measurement and 10+ years leadership experience in medical or health sciences education.
