The Associate Director of Individual Services leads well-being initiatives focused on individual services. This role provides strategic leadership to support student success through evidence-based individual, interpersonal and institutional strategies, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS, and Gamecock Recovery.

Primary duties include: Oversee individual health education efforts, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS, and recovery coaching. Oversee Gamecock Recovery program. Conduct assessment of services, utilization and facilitators to ensure effectiveness.
