Old Dominion University is hiring an Associate Director of Alumni Engagement. This role leads alumni engagement initiatives by developing and assessing strategies that enhance lifelong alumni relationships through volunteer leadership, chapters, communications, mentorship, and strategic partnerships. The Associate Director collaborates across university departments to manage alumni chapters, volunteer development, networking, communications, outreach, and signature programming while supporting institutional goals.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required.
- Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000.
