  • Collaborate with Broadcast Email Technicians for event technologies such as invitations and websites and help establish best practices across the office.
  • Provide training coordination for the Event Support Specialist on current or future event applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information involving the Chancellor and high-level donors.
  • Require proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint along with strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred experience includes event management education focused on special events, hospitality, or related fields and prior work in higher education or non-profit advancement settings.
  • Compensation range: $70,734 - $75,000, full-time permanent position with occasional evenings and weekends.
