About the Team  
The Recruitment and Enrollment Solutions (RES) team is made up of 16 dedicated professionals with a laser focus on the sales and support of College Board’s market leading Search solutions. Through consultative sales and customer success management methodologies, we serve over 1,500 institutions each year, helping them to optimize their use of Search to realize their desired outcomes and objectives. The RES team also engages with the leading enrollment consultant groups that work with our client institutions.  

About the Opportunity   
As an Associate Director, Onboarding and Implementation, you are contributing to the recruitment and enrollment solutions experience for our users. In this role, you will guide users through an onboarding and implementation experience for an exciting new feature called Connections, that will launch this fall. You will be responsible for collaborating with users to develop and implement strategies, available within the Connections feature, that best meet the institution’s recruitment needs.  You will also serve as a collaborative partner to internal stakeholders as we align to connect the dots between Higher Ed trends and our solutions.  
 
In this role, you will:  
Onboarding and Implementation (90%) 
  • Manage an account of approximately 200 higher education institutions and assist them with onboarding and implementation of Connections 
  • Direct customers through the implementation of audience selection, college profile set-up and communication plan selection  
  • Collaborate with assigned accounts to develop and implement strategies that assist users in meeting their recruitment goals  
  • Provide user trainings throughout the onboarding and implementation process  
  • Expand adoption and optimize Connections usage among early adopters by providing excellent customer support 
  • Leverage data and insights to frame challenges, inform decision-making and identify opportunities for consideration 
  • Maintain a cadence of communications with assigned accounts about their Connections adoption while mining opportunities for deeper feature engagement  
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other key areas to ensure a positive customer experience  
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into feature enhancements and sales/marketing/service processes 
 
Third Party Management (10%)
 
  • Engage in the development of onboarding experiences for customer vendor partners and provide training on Connections, as needed  
  • Invite customer’s third-party vendor to engage in Connections meetings, as appropriate  
About You  
You have:  
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing an effective onboarding experience, preferably in Higher Ed 
  • Established technical competence with CRMs, ideally systems used for college/university admission recruitment (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, etc.) 
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep and meaningful relationships, to influence others to action, and to effectively handle multiple situations simultaneously  
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing, customer service) with a keen focus on solving customer challenges  
  • Knowledge of the enrollment issues faced by Higher Ed institutions today with a strong working knowledge of College Board Programs that will meet the needs of those institutions 
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills and the proven ability to move forward multiple projects in concert, both independently and as a member of the team  
  • Adept problem-solving skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions.    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitating meetings and presenting remotely, and managing a communications flow for an organization or Higher Education institution 
  • Willingness to potentially travel up to 30%  
  • You are authorized to work in the United States  
  • A Bachelor’s degree

We believe in compensating staff members fairly in relation to each other, their qualifications, and their impact. The salary range for a new employee in this position is $56,000-$100,000. The salary offer of an individual candidate within this range is specific to their location and qualifications.
