 Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, the Associate Director of Admissions for Recruitment provides leadership in developing, organizing, and assessing a comprehensive external recruitment strategy to identify, attract, and enroll a highly qualified and diverse population of traditional, adult, and transfer students.This position plays a key role in advancing USCB’s enrollment goals through innovative outreach, territory management, staff supervision, and data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive external recruitment program to drive enrollment growth across all student populations. Direct and coordinate all virtual and in-person off-campus recruitment activities, including college fairs, high school visits, business and community events, and partnerships with two-year colleges. Develop and manage recruitment territories, establish measurable goals, and monitor progress using the University’s CRM system (Slate). Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate recruitment staff (full- and part-time) to ensure alignment with institutional enrollment objectives. Create specialized recruitment initiatives for transfer students, adult learners, and other target populations. Collaborate with the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, admissions leadership, and campus partners to develop recruitment strategies and yield initiatives. Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Represent the university at state, regional, and national recruitment events to promote USCB’s academic programs, campus life, and student experience. 
Qualifications:Required:Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field and a minimum of five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Preferred: Experience with student recruitment and CRM systems (such as Slate) and demonstrated success working with diverse target populations.
