The Role in Brief:
Associate Director, Sales Enablement, Audience Generation
The Associate Director, Sales Enablement is responsible for creating and managing Enroll360 partner-facing collateral. This role utilizes thought leadership, EAB insights, industry and marketing trends, and internal interviews to diagnose and deliver upon content needs. This includes overseeing a content library for ongoing use, as well as creating bespoke, partner-specific material as needed. The Associate Director, Sales Enablement is also responsible for training users on content and resources created as required.
This hire may be based in Richmond, VA, Washington, D.C.; this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States.

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Generate sales and renewal collateral, at scale, to support the Enroll360 business
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to develop, manage, and optimize sales and marketing content, including sales playbooks, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Maintain content library inclusive of, but not limited to case studies, plug-in slides, and talk tracks
  • Conduct internal interviews to understand content needs from all stakeholders; gather and analyze feedback from sales and marketing teams to refine enablement programs and content effectiveness
  • Ensure Sales and Success teams have access to the right content at the right times through effective content management strategies and enablement tools
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to help develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that strengthens alignment across relevant teams
  • Conduct as needed training on content library and related resources

Basic Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • Demonstrated outstanding writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience working in a team environment, as well as independently and autonomously
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders in oral and written formats
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with at least two of the following:
    • Higher education marketing, enrollment management, and/or admissions 
    • Long-form writing for an external audience (may include white papers, reports, blogs, or other publications) 
    • Conducting internal and ongoing research 
    • Training internal stakeholders

  • Experience with solution-focused problem solving and thinking through problems creatively
  • Experience working with clients in a consultative role

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $65,000 - $100,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
