| Job Summary | The College of Architecture and Planning (CA+P ) Associate Director of Student Services is responsible for planning and executing internal operations and projects from initiation through delivery in the area of student services including student recruitment, leadership, belonging, curricular navigation, internships and industry partnerships, career preparation, degree completion, and alumni engagement. The Focus of this position is on execution and managing the functional elements of student services projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of student services projects as well as keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. This position will report to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. |
| Responsibilities | Work collaboratively with the Associate Dean of academic affairs to administer CA+P Student Services
Serve as the CA+P Student Data Analyst
Administer CA+P student leadership programs
Represent CA+P on university committees and initiatives related to student success and engagement
Work Environment and Level of Frequency typically required

| Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Six years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communication skills also required. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Public Administration, Student Affairs, Higher Education, or a related field. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description. |
