To support our growing business in India, we are hiring an Associate Growth Marketing Manager for our office in Noida, who will play a key role in execution of the digital product initiatives for McGraw Hill India's Test Preparation business.

As a young professional full of ideas and energy, you'll work closely with product and marketing managers taking concepts from ideation to execution. You'll be the go-to person for driving day-to-day product operations, shaping user engagement and retention strategies, and bringing creativity to our social media presence, ensuring learners enjoy a seamless product experience while amplifying our impact across digital channels.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers to execute the platform and course roadmap, boost product discoverability, and drive new user traffic through on-page/off-page SEO, app store optimization, and search engine/GenAI indexing strategies
  • Conduct regular audits to identify bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies, while establishing feedback loops to capture user insights and share them with stakeholders for continuous product improvement
  • Optimize the free-to-paid user journey with compelling in-app messaging, offers, and personalized nudges, while analyzing user behavior to identify opportunities for feature enhancements and product-market fit
  • Support and execute growth experiments and A/B tests on product features, messaging, and marketing campaigns to continuously improve engagement and retention
  • Assist in creating and publishing marketing content reels/shorts, blogs, landing pages, course descriptions, and newsletters and work with design/video teams to repurpose product content into engaging formats like short clips and infographics
  • Support social media managers in day-to-day posting, scheduling, and monitoring comments, queries, and learner sentiment, while tracking trends to propose quick, relatable content ideas such as reels, quizzes, and interactive formats
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for product usage, content delivery, and social engagement; support product managers in extracting, consolidating, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights, and produce regular performance reports for key digital course

 

We are looking for someone having:

  • A Bachelors Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or related disciplines
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with reporting and data analysis
  • Hands on experience with design and visualization tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MoEngage, Search Console, SEMrush, Marketo, etc., is a plus
  • Basic understanding of the edtech or digital test preparation industry is a plus
