We are looking for a passionate and energized Associate National Account Manager who would like to help us connect more children and adults to one of the world's most loved brands.

Core Responsibilities 
  • Develop and implement business strategy and deliver on key objectives to drive sustainable commercial growth while supporting our customer value proposition to improve customer pulse
  • Responsible for developing and implementing rich and engaging customer business plans that achieve scorecard objectives and performance against traffic, conversion, and retail targets through an analytical approach and a deep understanding of the key business drivers
  • Achieve and exceed consumer sales expectations through P&L management, developing customer relationships as a key customer call point, and increasing profits for the LEGO Group
  • Innovate upon our go-to-market principles to deliver highly integrated and ambitious commercial and promotional plans which encompass all facets of the business (store front execution, POG development, etc.)
  • Negotiate and sell by using a data-based approach to create mutually valuable trade agreements
  • Deliver the agreed upon profit contribution in line with the overall company revenue and profit objectives. Management of promotional funding and collaboration with customers on how to best apply funds while focusing on driving sales.
  • Develop and sustain close collaborative partnerships with customers’ buying, planning, replenishment, and internal cross-functional colleagues
  • Work closely with outbound licensing partners to enhance business opportunities to reach more shoppers
  • Develop brand awareness to the customer buying, planning, and marketing functions
  • Support members on the business team to ensure development of KAM skills and best in class Customer Pulse results.

Play your part in our team succeeding
The Associate National Accounts Manager role leads the delivery of our Travel Retail objectives by managing our end-to-end B2B engagement with 3-6 unique and challenging customers. This person will manage multiple business partners with increasing complexity and interdependency, in a market that requires great agility and flexibility. Collaboration with colleagues to break down barriers and achieve results is a critical component to this role. In addition, results orientation and relationship elevation are important factors when considering the success of this role.

This individual will be a vital member of the team in helping to drive detailed execution of the business plan as the owner of key growth initiatives!

Do you have what it takes?
  • Minimum 2 years customer-facing key account management experience in consumer-packaged goods
  • Track record of versatility, flexibility and an ability to focus behavior to prioritize in a multifaceted environment
  • Strong negotiation and customer management skills, as well as responsiveness and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively interpret trends and think criticality to challenge the status quo
  • High-level of integrity, enthusiasm with a presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and collaborative organization
  • A natural curiosity with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Manages within an established budget
  • Presents oneself as a role model and a great teammate
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Domestic and global travel required – 10%

New Location Update 
This position will initially be based at our LEGO Education office at Boylston St, Back Bay, Boston before moving to a new central Boston office location by the end of 2026. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
