About the role
Responsible for design, development, implementation and facilitation of new hire and tenured staff training.
What you will do
- Provide technical, procedural, product, and case management training to new and current employees, both in group settings and individually. Support new hires following initial training to ensure a smooth transition into their roles, and serve as a resource for ongoing on-the-job learning needs.
- Maintain hands-on involvement in day-to-day operational activities to stay closely aligned with role expectations and evolving training needs. Make timely, accurate, and customer-focused decisions while evaluating cases or work assignments. Gather and assess relevant information, compare it against established policies, guidelines, and agreements, and apply appropriate decision-making processes. Document activities thoroughly and accurately while maintaining efficiency. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Develop, update, and execute plans to achieve optimal outcomes, while ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements and meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Design and implement structured training plans for new employees and address ongoing development needs for existing staff. Partner with team leads and managers to support planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including modules, procedural documentation, system references, and job aids to support technical, procedural, and customer service competencies.
- Collaborate with management, operational teams, and quality assurance partners to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and continuously improve training programs and resources.

Compensation
Hourly Range: $27.10 - $45.16 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree a plus.
- At least 1 year of cumulative, relevant experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work and deliverables
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with virtual collaboration or facilitation tools is a plus
- Experience in case management or annuities is a plus
- Previous training experience is a plus
