Requires a relevant post-baccalaureate degree with at least three years of related professional experience or a bachelor's degree with five years of experience.
Experience with student financial aid administration in a complex university environment and knowledge of federal financial aid programs.
Preferred skills include leveraging technology and data to improve operations, and proficiency with Oracle Campus Solutions or similar systems.
Salary range: $170,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and education.
Department administers over $400 million annually in aid to more than 25,000 students, ensuring access, affordability, and student success.
