Position Description
Advertised Job Summary | The Office of Career Management, Darla Moore School of Business, invites applications for a full-time Assistant Director of Employer Relations. This position will represent the Darla Moore School of Business (DMSB) with new and established partners within an assigned industry vertical or geographic area to provide full-time placement and internship opportunities for Moore School of Business students. Will also oversee all employer activity for their designated industry/assigned clients on campus and ensure that employers are treated in an appropriate and relevant manner. This position will support the efforts of the Graduate Career Education Team and will be in part responsible for placement outcomes related the 8 graduate student populations while generating postings for the broader undergraduate student population.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience | Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications | Prior work experience with faculty and service-learning initiatives.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities | Knowledge of DMSB’s mission, programs and objectives. Knowledge of management principles. Ability to make presentations and prepare reports.
Job Duties
Job Duty | Focus on external outreach of the Moore School by establishing and maintaining relationships with firms in the assigned industry areas to meet the current needs of the job market for the student population. Outreach should produce postings for the broader undergraduate population, and specialized masters programs.
