Athletic Training Program Coordinator Full Description

Job Summary
The Athletic Training Program Coordinator supports the Program Director in all operational and administrative aspects of the Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) program. Key responsibilities include coordinating clinical site agreements and tracking student placement data, leading marketing and prospective student outreach, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting events across international partnerships, multi-campus locations, and alumni relations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage clinical agreements, safety requirements, and track student hours and progress using the Typhon software
  • Run open houses, social media, and prospective student outreach to promote the program
  • Coordinate graduation, scholarships, alumni events, fundraising, and interprofessional learning events
  • Maintain relationships with international partner universities and coordinate joint events between the West Lafayette and Indianapolis campuses

What We’re Looking For:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years of experience in program administration, higher education, student services, clinical education coordination, or a related field
Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven discretion and ability to exercise independent judgment
