| Job Summary | The Athletics Learning Specialist will have the opportunity to provide direct support to neurodivergent student-athletes. Responsibilities include developing goals and establishing objectives with student-athletes; conducting individual and small group training sessions related to strategies for academic success; implementing academic support plan using active learning strategies and assistive technology as dictated by specific students’ needs; and contributing to education and professional development of CATS staff, tutors and mentors on learning strategies for student-athletes. Must be able to comply with all SEC, University, and NCAA rules and regulations.
