Highlights

  • Assist with annual budget preparation and support quarterly financial meetings.
  • Review fund balances and Banner entries monthly to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage encumbrances, purchase order closeouts, and code financial transactions.
  • Handle billing and redistribution of stored value transactions for campus cards and dining services.
  • Prepare sales data for tax reporting and audit rental/lease invoices.
  • Reconcile vending accounts and assist with meal plan semester reconciliation.
  • Act as Cost Object Approver for Concur/Pcard and serve as financial subject matter expert.
  • Provide financial guidance and act as liaison for routine financial inquiries with business partners.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred experience with Banner, ImageNow, eProcurement (49erMart), Concur Travel, Kronos, Niner Talent, NinerWorKs, and Archibus.
  • Salary: $60,300 annually.
  • Department: Business Services within Business Affairs division.
