Required skills include proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and macros), PeopleSoft Query Manager, Power BI, and strong knowledge of HR systems like Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least five years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst within HRIS or a related domain.
Preferred experience includes working in higher education or healthcare, supporting unionized workforces, HR system upgrades, cloud migrations, and familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Annual salary range: $94,047 to $98,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement plans, and educational benefits.
The position is full-time, exempt, and may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement subject to approval.
