  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least five years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst within HRIS or a related domain.
  • Preferred experience includes working in higher education or healthcare, supporting unionized workforces, HR system upgrades, cloud migrations, and familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
  • Annual salary range: $94,047 to $98,000 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement plans, and educational benefits.
  • The position is full-time, exempt, and may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement subject to approval.
