Highlights

Support, maintenance, and problem resolution for benefits-related functions in collaboration with Benefits and HRIS groups.

Review interfaces, create ad-hoc queries, and develop audits to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.

Strong expertise in HR processes, data structures, and enterprise HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP.
Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and macros), and reporting tools like PeopleSoft Query Manager and Power BI.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and at least 5 years' experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in HRIS or related domain.
Salary range $94,047 - $118,967 with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement plans, and paid leave.
