Highlights

  • Monitor regulatory compliance with federal, state, University, and HIPAA guidelines and manage annual reporting requirements.
  • Recruit, lead, and evaluate a team of two LOA staff, providing coaching and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, human resources, business administration, or related field plus 5+ years of benefits administration experience, including LOA and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws such as FMLA and proficiency with HRIS systems and advanced Excel functions including vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Salary range from $75,321 to $80,000 per year.
  • Works within the Business Affairs division, specifically the Human Resources department, serving university staff and faculty.
