About the Role: As an Tutor at Tutor Me Education, youâll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

In-Person Tutoring in Indio, CA
Schedule: 18 hours, 2 sessions a week for 2 hours
Pay range is between $25 and $35

Ideal Candidate:

Fluent in both Spanish and English to support the student and family communication.
Experienced in working with elementary students, preferably with learning differences or speech delays.
Skilled in developing reading comprehension, writing organization, and retention skills.
Knowledgeable in social-emotional learning (SEL) strategies and able to integrate them into sessions.
Patient, engaging, and able to maintain a structured, motivating learning environment.
Creative in designing lessons and able to bring supplemental curriculum materials to support instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
