Highlights

Collaborate with Budget & Fiscal Director to develop and manage budgets for the College of Agriculture and Montana Agricultural Experiment Station.
Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights to support strategic decision-making and operational activities.
Coordinate payroll, staffing, and position management with Fiscal Shared Services and Human Resources.
Assist with onboarding, training, and serve as the main fiscal contact for departments.
Use computerized financial systems, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software for financial management.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience interpreting and presenting detailed budget data to diverse audiences is required.
Preferred candidates have higher education or public sector budget management experience and project management skills.
Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications.
Position reports to the COA/MAES Fiscal Director within the Dean of Agriculture department.
