Highlights
  • Manage all CHHS grants and contract activity, serving as the college expert and main contact.
  • Process release time, summer salary, personnel actions, educational awards, payroll certifications, effort reporting, and other post-award duties.
  • Provide guidance to department staff on purchasing, travel, and grant-related transactions.
  • Approve grant transactions such as pCards, purchase orders, travel, and temporary hire actions, ensuring compliance with grant fund parameters.
  • Serve as liaison with Division of Research's Office of Research Services on policies, procedures, reporting, compliance, and grant closeout.
  • Track and reconcile fund management for all CHHS external grants and contracts.
  • Handle reporting, budget revisions, assumption of risk forms, cost share tracking, and release time tracking.
  • Required knowledge of Banner, Niner Research, Malibu, 49er Mart, Concur, and other campus systems preferred.
  • Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Salary range between $44,640 and $55,800 with full-time permanent employment in Academic Affairs, College of Health & Human Services.
