Building the Best Team in Literacy
At Really Great Reading (RGR), we believe improving literacy outcomes starts with building a thoughtful, collaborative, and values-driven team. We hire people who care about impact, partnership, and continuous improvement—and who want to grow alongside a mission-focused organization.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about how systems actually work for people—not just how they’re designed.
Why This Role Matters
Our internal systems support teams across Finance & Accounting, Customer Delivery and Support, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
This role ensures systems are usable, adopted, and continuously improved.
You’ll help a growing organization scale with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
Your work directly supports the teams who serve educators and students every day.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, challenges, and opportunities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for internal systems
- Map current and future-state processes grounded in real-world operations
- Support and improve systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, DealHub, and eCommerce platforms
- Help teams successfully adopt new or improved workflows through documentation and change support
- Translate system changes into clear, practical guidance teams can actually use
- Support testing, rollout, and ongoing improvement of system enhancements
Who You Are
Required
- A Business Analyst with approximately 5+ years of experience supporting internal business systems
- Comfortable working in small to mid-sized or scaling organizations
- Pragmatic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
- Experienced with NetSuite and HubSpot in operational contexts
- Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvement
- Someone who enjoys helping teams navigate change—not just defining requirements
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or EdTech environments
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce ecosystems
- Exposure to compliance-conscious environments such as SOC 2
- Experience supporting post-implementation optimization or continuous improvement
Compensation
Because this role draws on a wider variety of skill sets and backgrounds, we want to be transparent about expectations. This position has a salary range of $100,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience and role alignment.
