Job Summary
As a member of the Pricing Team, you will leverage data-driven insights to make recommendations and work cross-functionally across departments to implement pricing models for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys solving complex business questions with data, and is comfortable presenting insights and findings on key customers to various stakeholders. In this role, you will build upon current processes to evolve our pricing and licensing model, analyze large amounts of data to identify account growth patterns and use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate customer situations.

Hybrid work schedule based in Natick, MA

Responsibilities
  • Analyze data seeking correlations and drivers to identify emerging trends and patterns, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative elements to arrive at informed decisions.
  • Develop detailed price/offer recommendations and facilitate consensus with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present quarterly reports for strategic Enterprise customers by analyzing large amounts of source data.
  • Create reports and presentations in support of Enterprise reconciliations and renewals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Senior Management, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to develop solutions, implement pricing and licensing initiatives, and ensure the continued success of accounts in the Enterprise Program.
  • Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisions, communicating findings clearly to leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify process opportunities and manage and lead projects that drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
  • A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
  • Strongly prefer 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, business analysis, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and solve ambiguous business problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Proven communication skills, with experience sharing findings and recommendations with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Solid business foundation, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and support cross-functional projects in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
