POSITION SUMMARY
Program & portfolio manager of Business Insights and Analytics efforts, as well as a leader in establishing a data-driven culture and coordination across GRE. Experts focused on medium- and long-term analytics innovation and prioritization with a holistic view across GRE.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the business insights and analytics project portfolio and associated resources for GRE
- Leverage data to independently propose optimizations across the business
- Prioritize internal focus of innovation efforts and the corresponding training needed to drive toward an analytics-embedded organization
- Measure and report on KPI’s across diverse teams and report to leadership on a regular basis
- Understanding of key data & analytics capabilities and how they can enable better business decisions
- Ability to clearly communicate with senior leadership and prioritize efforts across functional areas
- Presence of long-term vision for analytics in GRE
- Strong understanding of data management, statistical analysis, modeling, reporting and visualization tools and software
- Clear vision of emerging analytics capabilities (e.g., AI modeling)
- Work with the leadership to map out future state and roadmap for embedding analytical competence throughout GRE
- Drive analytics process standardization and adoption of tools and methods
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function

Experience and Skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Undergraduate degree (or relevant experience) in related quantitative or STEM field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary
- 5+ years of diverse experience in data analysis, handling increasingly more complex and diverse data analyses is necessary. Desire to stay up to date with ongoing changes in AI capabilities and how they can be used to drive business results is essential
