Job Description: Job Summary The Business Assistant will provide high-level recharge support for business office staff and recharge core managers in the College of Science. This role is responsible for processing internal and external billings numerous recharges in the College and will function as a liaison for both the department and central offices, especially being a SME for recharges. This role will provide internal and external billing support, vendor payment tracking, and will perform account management for The Data Mine as the responsibilities for that operation shift to the College of Science. The Business Assistant will assist departments as requested with collection of wire payments and processing voluntary support documentation.
This is a .5FTE (half-time), benefits eligible position. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to campus as needed for meetings and training.

High School Diploma/GED.
Three years of relevant business or financial related experience.
