  • Prepare annual budgets, lead monthly and fiscal year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial forecasting.
  • Provide financial reporting to Law School, Chancellor's Office, University Budget, Controller’s Office, and external constituencies.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies for travel, expenses, purchases, and financial controls.
  • Manage and develop business manager positions across both Camden and Newark campuses.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Research & Sponsored Programs, Grants & Contract Accounting, and Chancellor’s Offices regarding position control and financial matters.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; minimum five years of relevant experience with leadership skills.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree, knowledge of RCM budget model, strong Excel and Microsoft Suite proficiency, experience with database and purchasing software such as Sciquest, Hyperion, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
  • Salary range from $108,670 to $166,424, commensurate with experience; full-time, exempt position with comprehensive benefits package.
