What You’ll Do
  • Execute high-impact projects: Your work will support the achievement of cross-functional initiatives that deliver against brightwheel’s strategic priorities. This could include everything from performing the core analysis for our pricing strategy, partnering directly with front-line managers to improve our sales and onboarding funnels, to market mapping to inform a new product launch.
  • Build and Ship AI powered automations: You will design, build, and implement agentic AI tools and workflows that supercharge the business
  • Turn data into insights: You will dive deep into data, processes, and the customer experience to identify and surface the critical insights necessary to answer key business questions and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management teams: You will serve as a key subject matter expert and analytical partner to leaders across the business. You will provide the data-driven “source of truth” and independent perspective needed to shape recommendations and informed decision making.

What You’ve Done
  • 3+ years experience at a top management consulting firm or in a business operations/analytics role working on cross-functional projects that improved business performance
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: you can take large and messy data sets and turn them into data-driven insights, build strategic models, and are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets + data visualization tools
  • Experience using AI tools to build and deploy automations and workflows
  • Proven record of execution: you have successfully owned and delivered analytical workstreams and projects / subsets of projects, from end-to-end with high quality and minimal oversight
  • Effective communicator: You can take complex data findings and distill them into clear, concise summaries that help stakeholders make decisions
  • High intellectual curiosity: You have a deep desire to learn how a business scales and are eager to dive into new domains, tools, and techniques
  • Adaptable and scrappy: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have experience navigating changing priorities in a startup-like environment
