Posting Summary  | Provide business, administrative, and financial support to the faculty, staff, and students of the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. Provide support for processing business, financial, and payroll transactions for faculty, staff, and students. Process reimbursements for participants and non-employee affiliates of the programs and departments of the College. Assist faculty and the CEMS HR team with undergraduate recruitment and payroll. Serve as the first point of contact for college team members and constituents for travel, procurement, and reimbursement. Provide limited administrative support to faculty administrators and faculty researchers in the performance of their faculty assignments.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | Bachelor’s degree with one to three years of related experience required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions and familiarity with Internet resources required.

Anticipated Pay Range  | $25.85/hour to $27.50/hour
