Who we’re looking for:
We're looking for an experienced and organized Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns. This role requires someone who can strategize and create campaigns that align to personas and company goals. Create actionable plans, coordinate across teams, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, with a consistent message, and with measurable impact. Most importantly, you’re someone who shares in our passion for improving the lives of students through communication. 

Reporting to the Director of Campaigns & Communications , you’ll be a key connector across product marketing, content, design, digital, sales, and events. 

This role will include:
  • Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, brand initiatives, and demand generation goals
  • Developing campaign briefs that clearly define objectives, messaging, audiences, timelines, and success metrics
  • Coordinating execution across multiple channels—including email, digital, paid media, social, events, and the website. Including the development of campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, social copy, ads, and supporting content
  • Collaborating closely with product marketing,  PR, social, design, digital, events, and sales teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Managing campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans to ensure alignment, timely execution, and on-brand delivery
  • Partnering with the marketing operations team to measure campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
  • Monitoring campaigns in real-time and making optimizations to improve performance
  • Supporting ABM, inbound, and other targeted growth programs with integrated campaign execution
  • Maintaining consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints
  • Staying current on marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategy and execution

Our ideal candidate will have the following:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated campaign management or program execution 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and prioritize timelines
  • Experience running or supporting cross-functional campaigns, in SaaS, B2B, or EdTech marketing
  • Highly skilled in AsanaUnderstanding of how to collaborate with content, design, digital, and demand gen to build effective campaigns
  • Ability to analyze campaign results and translate data into insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative problem-solver who embraces new tools—including AI—to drive smarter decisions, accelerate execution, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Strong planner who thrives in fast-moving environments and adapts quickly to change.
