About the Role
We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Campaign Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with 2+ years of marketing experience who wants to take ownership of lifecycle campaigns and drive measurable growth for our university focused marketing plans.

Responsibilities: 
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle email campaigns using tools like Iterable, driving engagement and conversions 
  • Optimize funnel performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and strategic campaign adjustments
  • Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Execute growth marketing initiatives specifically targeting 18-26 year old university students
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure marketing campaign alignment
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates

Qualifications: 
Experience & Skills:
  • 2+ years professional marketing experience, preferably at a marketing agency with exposure to diverse marketing functions or similar organization
  • 1+ years hands-on email marketing experience with lifecycle campaigns and tools like Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
  • Experience with paid acquisition, PPC, or performance marketing (not required, strong plus)
  • Funnel management and optimization experience 
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results
