Provide excellent customer-centered services designed to enhance and re-engage job seekers into the workforce, while working closely with the Business Services Team to ensure that sustainable career opportunities are available for all job seekers. Responsibilities: 
· Provide information about CareerLink services and the services of partner agencies and organizations to jobseekers
· Complete eligibility determinations for individuals seeking services
· Conduct intake during orientation sessions with all job seekers in attendance
· Create individual employment plans for individuals seeking services
· Maintain a caseload of 75 Title I program participants
· Support the operation of the Career Resource Center (CRC) at least one full day of each work week
· Refer to financial navigator and community resources as appropriate
· Provide “staff-assisted job search” services in the form of career guidance, job leads, and current labor market information
· Administer suitability assessments for individuals pursuing training opportunities
· Complete necessary WIOA data entry requirements on CWDS
· Maintain participant files in accordance with state and local regulations
· Provide follow-up activities according to program guidelines
· Represent EDSI on various committees and workgroups as assigned
· Completes WIOA eligibility applications in CWDS
· Presents participant ITA applicants during training approval meetings
· Completes necessary WIOA data entry requirements
· Understands WIOA Title I Performance Metrics and maintains a caseload that meets the metrics of the contracts
· Meets weekly with leadership and performance to review case load
· Provides individual case management for justice-involved jobseekers from subcontractor location
· Completes resumes for participants enrolled in Title I program
· Counsels, motivates, and encourages job seekers in advancing employment, training, and retention goals and provides support in resolving issues that may impede successful job placement and retention
· Understands Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth, and Opioid Grant requirements Qualifications: 
· Experience providing excellent service to jobseekers and employers
· Experience working with unemployed, underemployed, displaced workers, noncustodial parents, ex-offenders, veterans, or other economically-disadvantaged populations
· Ability to prioritize tasks and document all aspects of services provided
· Demonstrated communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
