Desired Qualifications  | Grant Compliance & Fiscal Oversight Experience: Demonstrated experience managing and auditing state and federal grant funding, including budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and compliance reporting. Experience planning, coordinating, and evaluating student services or career education programs at a community college or similar postsecondary institution, with a working knowledge of vocational/technical education and apprenticeship programs. Community & Institutional Partnership Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building collaborative relationships across campus departments, external educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to expand program reach and student outcomes. Experience leading others in any capacity (formal or informal), with a willingness and aptitude to take on supervisory responsibilities.
Foreign Degree:  | Applicants with foreign degrees from colleges or universities outside of the United States must have their coursework evaluated by a professional association that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, INC.(ACEI).
