Highlights
- Lead the administration of the CALS Alumni for Student Success (CASS) Career Coach program, pairing 100+ students with coaches.
- Recruit alumni, industry professionals, and students to participate in the coaching program.
- Coordinate and facilitate program events including trainings and networking opportunities.
- Support and manage career services events such as fairs, trainings, and recognition events, including budget oversight.
- Use technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Asana, Symplicity, and CRM systems for program and event management.
- Provide 2-3 hours weekly of career coaching/counseling to current students and recent alumni.
- Support CALS Rural Works! program with data management and internship site visits.
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience in higher education, program, or event management.
- Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree with 2+ years in higher education career services.
- Compensation range: $54,000 - $59,000, commensurate with experience.
- Valid driver’s license required; NC license must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
