Major responsibilities include:

Career NavigationManage a structured student intake process to assess readiness, interests, and goals Implement proactive communication strategies to engage students Collaborate with academic advising and employer engagement teams
Employer Engagement Coordination Collaborate with employers to understand hiring processes and provide a seamless interview experience for both students and employer partners Work closely with employers to identify talent needs and align them with students’ interests
Program Support Coordinate communications and info events to engage students in the Co-op program Support students and employers to ensure successful, meaningful experiences Assist students in establishing learning objectives; monitor progress to ensure goals are met Collaborate with academic and employer partners to address challenges and celebrate successes
Career Data ManagementFacilitate a continuous feedback loop by collecting input from both students and employers, using insights to adapt programming and respond to evolving workplace skill demands. Track measurable outcomes related to student and employer engagement and program success

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)  | A bachelor’s degree in a related field and two to four years related experience in employee engagement/development, career counseling/coaching, employee development, or related area.
Demonstrated experience building programs or resources related to career development.
Skilled in resume development, interviewing, goal setting, and early career coaching.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated multicultural competence and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.

Desirable Qualifications  | Strong preference for business administration, communications, human resources, counseling, or education degrees. Strong presentation skills.
Anticipated Pay Range  | 60,000-65,000
